a Bit About Mwafaq

Mwafaq Katt is a Syrian Canadian political cartoonist, animator and painter.
our renowned cartoonist was born in Damascus on the 10th of March 1955, and he made the first animated Syrian/arab animated movie in 1990.
he has a great history in movie making and film direction.
his work was rewarded several time in important international film festivals like: Carthage film festival - Cairo film festival, and many more.
